Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with speech, language, cognitive‑communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency disorders.
• Plan and implement treatment programs; document care and maintain patient data.
• Educate patients and families; provide home programs with clear instructions.
• Document treatment per standards and participate in staff training.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary health team.
