Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inpatient team in Westminster, Colorado. You will evaluate patients, craft individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, monitor progress, and collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team to support recovery.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP licensure in Colorado, and current BLS certification; CCC-SLP is preferred per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, strategies, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of speech therapy services.
• Remain flexible and responsive to the needs of the hospital and the patients we serve.
