Job summary

UF Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate patients and develop effective treatment plans aligned with diagnosis and condition. The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a Florida SLP license, CCC from ASHA, and BLS; familiarity with video swallow studies and FEES is a plus.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress in medical records, and educate patients and families to maximize communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Florida license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC required at hire or transfer.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• Experience in Video Swallow Studies, Speaking Valve, FEES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients; develop effective treatment plans.
• Measure patient progress; adjust plans and educate patient for optimal outcomes.
