Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Washington as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders or equivalent degree approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and intervene for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Administer treatments to restore function and prevent disability.
• Develop clinical programs and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Ensure accurate patient charges and timely documentation.
• Participate in infection control, safety, and departmental education.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders or equivalent degree approved by the ASHA

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

Licensed by the State of Washington as a Speech Language Pathologist
