Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care in a busy clinical setting. You will perform assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compassionate interactions to enhance patient and family experience.
