TriStar Summit Medical Center in Nashville, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a PRN Acute Care RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across shifts.

You will collaborate with providers, document care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and advocate for safe, compassionate outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• RN licensed registered nurse in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards and nursing models.
• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts; promptly report changes.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, and follow-up care.
