Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license, and multi-state licensure.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and BLS Instructor required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred, with strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and their families in care planning.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork, supporting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities to enhance care quality and safety.
• Engage in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based practice and research utilization.
• Assist in developing protocols, optimize resource use, and support care across the continuum to improve outcomes.
