Qualifications

• 2–5 years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory settings.
• Active Illinois RN licensure in good standing.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (or equivalent), and CPI are required.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, patient safety, and infection prevention.
• Experience with incident and regulatory reporting, policy development, and compliance monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Support behavioral and emergency needs; evaluate patient progress and update treatment strategies.
• Coordinate discharge and post-acute care; document care activities.
• Educate patients and families; ensure safety and compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
