The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaborative practice, and ongoing professional development within a supportive hospital network under UHS. This is a on-site position in Palmdale, CA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current state nursing license.
• BLS and ACLS (current on hire).
• PALS or NRP (current or within 90 days).
• CPI required within 30 days of hire.
• Prefer 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
