Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care in a hospital setting under supervision.
• Assesses patients’ needs and develops individualized plans of care.
• Evaluates progress toward expected outcomes and updates plans accordingly.
• Communicates with medical staff and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Documents patient care activities in compliant, timely manner, per regulatory standards.
• Supports education and mentorship within the unit and with staff as needed.
