Job summary

Olean General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process, and by collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. The role is full-time, onsite at Olean General Hospital in New York, with day shifts from 7a to 7p.

The ideal candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree, NY RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS credentials, with one year of acute clinical experience and preferred ICU or Surgical Services exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program preferred.
• Current NY licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• BLS upon hire or within 3 months required.
• ACLS
• One year of acute clinical experience required.
• Surgical Services and ICU six (6) months of acute clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and restores patients health by completing the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provides physical and psychological support to patient, visitors, and families.
