Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document care plans with clear goals, coordinating communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural backgrounds.
• Maintain safety standards, demonstrating alertness and safe work practices.
