Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 26-bed acute care unit, focusing on medical-surgical cases including occasional trach care. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs with a strong emphasis on safety and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• No prior experience required; preferred experience includes at least 2 years of relevant nursing practice
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs
• Develop, implement, and document care plans in collaboration with the care team and patients
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use
