Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.

• Educates patients and families on illness management and home care needs.
• Participates in safety, quality and regulatory activities and continuous professional development.
• Documents plans of care and communicates across the care team.
