Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a homecare setting. You will collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license (Georgia or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications (in select units/departments) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Serve as a frontline representative for patients and families, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support professional growth.
• Develop colleagues and contribute to shared governance through councils or activities.
