Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in a hospital setting. The role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with acute health conditions, collaborating across disciplines to ensure optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have an active RN license, ASN/BSN, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with prior acute/critical care experience.

Qualifications

Active and unencumbered RN license.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Prior experience in acute care, critical care, or hospital setting preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
Document patient care activities and maintain up-to-date medical records.
Coordinate with physicians and staff to develop individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and recovery processes.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate emergency interventions as needed.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.
