Providence Covenant Plainview is seeking an Acute Care RN for Emergency Services. This onsite role requires night shifts (19:00 to 07:00) and commuting distance to Plainview, TX. Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

The RN will implement the nursing process for a patient group, demonstrate clinical excellence, and thrive in a patient-focused, whole-person care culture. Licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required upon hire, with ACLS/PALS due within 90 days.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year RN experience.

Acute Care RN - Emergency Services

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The RN independently uses the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients. Uses information from a variety of sources to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient's plan of care.

• This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled.

• This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:

• Texas: Plainview

• Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements.

• Shifts Hours:

• Night Shift Hours: 19:00PM to 7AM

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $36.08 - $56.02
