Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• BLS certification required; Instructor preferred.
• RN license valid in the state or multi-state compact (Nurse Licensure Compact).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care as part of the patient care team.
• Assist with care planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Communicate care plans with the team to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold safety and confidentiality.
• Contribute to professional growth and mentorship within the nursing team.
• Uphold Shared Governance principles and promote patient- and family-centered care.
