Job summary

Spaulding Hospital-Cambridge, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, seeks an RN to interpret medical care plans, assess nursing decisions, provide safe, individualized care, and evaluate nursing care for patient groups.

Required: Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, RN license, 0–1 year clinical nursing experience; strong communication and confidentiality; on-site at 1575 Cambridge Street with day shifts, 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in lieu of degree is not accepted
• Registered Nurse license required
• Clinical nursing experience 0–1 year required

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions
