Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Care - Medical on a full-time day shift (7am-7pm). The RN will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality care consistent with the WellStar Practice Model and ethics standards.

Requirements include a BSN preferred, active Georgia RN license or eNLC privilege, and BLS. Direct patient care experience and strong clinical, communication and critical thinking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license or eNLC privilege to practice.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required on first day of employment.
• Experience with direct patient care is required.
• Strong reading, writing and English communication; proficient with clinical technology and basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative and customer service skills; ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with composure.
