UCHealth University of Colorado Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for an onsite, full-time role at the Harmony Campus in Fort Collins. You will provide direct patient care in a 24/7 acute care setting using the nursing process, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The position requires an RN license, 6 months of RN experience, and a current BLS certification; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Comprehensive benefits and total rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• BLS required; CPR/BLS through AHA/Red Cross valid at start.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provides care in a 24/7 Acute Care environment.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team.
• Evaluates learning needs and provides education to patients and families.
• Delegates care appropriately and may precept students or new hires.
