Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state of practice, current BLS/CPR certification, and preferably acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure quality patient care.
