Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License. License in states wherever care is delivered.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. License in states wherever care is delivered.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients as per individualized needs.
• Follows the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide age-appropriate care across neonatal to geriatric.
• Coordinates patient care activities with the health care team in a collegial relationship.
