Job summary

Holland Hospital's 5 West unit seeks an experienced RN for full-time night shifts to deliver and coordinate patient-centered care for adults with GI/GU, endocrine, renal, and hematologic/oncologic conditions. Cross-training to pediatrics/Med/Surg may occur.

Responsibilities include leadership in nursing practice, patient and family teaching, and collaboration with the healthcare team while adhering to the Michigan Public Health Code. BLS and Michigan RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program required.
• Current Michigan RN License (or completed by end of orientation) required.
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Preferred CCRN/CRN, CNOR, CEN, etc certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient-centered care on 5 West.
• Lead nursing practice and patient/family teaching.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet outcomes.
• Practice in accordance with Michigan Public Health Code.
