Banner Health is seeking a Therapy Technician to assist with patient care under a therapist's supervision at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ. The role supports various hospital units, including Med-Surg, Oncology, and ICU, with a 32-hour week and a Monday–Thursday schedule, plus occasional weekend or Friday coverage.

You will work with a collaborative team and have access to Banner Health's advanced technology and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to follow established policies and treatment procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the therapist and assistant in providing patient care. Prepare the patient, treatment area and equipment for treatment.
• Anticipate therapist/assistant needs during treatment and ensure safety.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to therapists and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain an organized, clean environment and assist with equipment cleaning and restocking.
• Participate in charge entry and data input procedures and support department operations.
