Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role or health care industry.
  • Must be 18 years of age to co-sign hospital documents.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and typing 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and register them for visits via EPIC.
  • Collect demographic and financial information and assist with payments.
  • Verify insurance, obtain referrals, and coordinate with Financial Advisors.
  • Provide patient way finding and maintain patient privacy.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
