Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for acute care assignments. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care on acute care units, perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient status.

You will collaborate with physicians, educate patients and families, participate in rapid response as needed, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.

Key Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop/implement nursing care plans
• Administer medications and perform prescribed therapies safely
• Monitor vital signs and clinical changes; respond to urgent needs
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery
• Participate in rapid response and emergency support as needed
• Document care and clinical information accurately in the EHR
