Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, patient‑centered care in an acute care setting. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to service standards in a modern facility.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited RN program, current CA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and PALS/NRP as applicable. CPI training within 30 days is also required.

Qualifications

• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS and ACLS (current on hire)
• Current state nursing license.
• PALS or NRP (current or obtained within 90 days of employment) in required specialty.
• CPI is required within 30 days of hire.

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
