CARIN Alliance is seeking a Charge RN (Acute Care) to lead weekend nursing care on an acute unit, coordinating staffing and workflows to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will supervise bedside nurses, triage patient needs, collaborate with physicians, mentor staff, and manage admissions and discharges while communicating clearly with patients and families. This role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement.
