Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Care in Hamden, CT. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to diverse adults in an acute setting and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include administering medications and IV therapy, monitoring patients, planning discharges, educating patients and families, contributing to safety initiatives, and mentoring peers to uphold compassionate team

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills.
