Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks an Acute Care Neuro Nurse to provide specialized nursing care for patients with neurological conditions in an acute care setting.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, monitor status, administer medications, and educate patients and families for post-discharge care. Experience in neurology or acute care and strong communication skills are required.
