Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our acute care team in Rock Hill, SC. The ideal candidate will provide 1:1 patient care, educate patients about their recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

We offer a 60-day mentorship, a relocation bonus of $8,000, PSLF eligibility, and a program to pay $5,000+ annually on loans, plus full benefits including medical/dental insurance and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Passion for Acute Care and desire to treat 1:1.
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists.
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 acute care therapy.
• Educate patients about injuries and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with care teams to support patient recovery.
