The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation for children and adults as prescribed by a referring physician. This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately.

The position is full-time, day shift at 5900 College Rd, Key West, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.

Responsabilités

• Conducts PT evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans across diverse patient populations.
• Administers therapy treatments and documents interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Maintains safe, organized clinic environment and adheres to policies.
