Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current driver53s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services per professional standards and develop patient care plans.
• Maintain thorough, timely patient records and accurate billing.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and care providers about goals.
• Supervise assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality care.
• Engage in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
