Providence Health Plan Group seeks a Physical Therapist for Acute Care Rehab at Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center, serving at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital in Spokane, WA.

The PT clinician plans and administers medically prescribed PT to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability, within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include coordinating with rehab nurses and physicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Washington PT license required upon hire.
• BLS (AHA) certification required upon hire.
• Preferred: experience in acute care rehabilitation or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer clinically prescribed physical therapy to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Collaborate with rehab nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Contribute to discharge planning and ongoing patient progress within a multidisciplinary team.
