You will educate clients and caregivers and supervise team members, contributing to a 175-bed facility with a collaborative, multidisciplinary culture. Eligibility includes PT degree, VA license, and BLS; PRN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• VA Physical Therapy License.
• BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitation programs to improve functional mobility and relieve pain.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
