Formación

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Maintains Illinois license with minimum of 20 CEUs per year.
• Meets all state regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Executes thorough patient evaluations and interprets data for PT diagnosis.
• Provides an evidence-based plan of care with functional goals.
• Adapts treatment environment, tools, equipment, and activities to patient needs.
• Monitors patient response and modifies treatment as indicated.
• Terminates services when maximum benefit or goals achieved.
• Documents completely per Epic standards and billing.
• Participates in quality improvement projects and professional development.
