Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of independent experience, or Master's with 2 years, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in a US state/DC.
• CAPTE-accredited degree program is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy examinations and evaluations under general supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with a variety of therapeutic interventions.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient response or changes in medical condition.
• Provide general physical therapy services in areas where advanced knowledge is not required.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team care discussions.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and rehabilitation expectations.
