Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy degree (MSPT/ DPT) from an accredited program.
• Successfully pass the FSBPT exam to obtain licensure.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Providers BLS/CPR.
• Valid New Hampshire physical therapy license.
