Vibra Hospital of Boise, part of Vibra Healthcare, in Boise, ID, seeks a Pharmacist to join our care team. You will fill and dispense medication orders and ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of drugs in the hospital pharmacy.

Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize therapy, supporting the Antibiotic Stewardship Program, and providing drug information to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy required.
• Active pharmacist license in Idaho required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• Experience with pharmacokinetics and anticoagulation preferred.
• ACLS/BLS certifications preferred from Vibra-approved vendor.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Fill and dispense medication orders with proper handling and storage.
• Translate policies into daily operations and serve as a drug information resource for staff.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver quality, cost-effective drug therapies and participate in Antibiotic Stewardship.
