Qualifications

• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and assist with basic clinical tasks under supervision.
• Document care and observations accurately in the clinical system and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Support with clerical tasks and coordination of patient services on the unit.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized care environment and support unit operations.
