Job summary

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team. Acute experience is required, with duties in evaluating and treating patients to develop, recover, or maintain daily living and functional skills.

Shift: 7:30am-4pm; weekend rotations or occasional Saturday coverage; opportunities to cross-train at community centers; access to Medbridge CEUs and a retirement plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree; Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Licensure: Appropriate state OT license, required.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services as per licensure within an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Evaluate and treat individuals to develop, recover, or maintain skills for daily living, work, and meaningful activities.
