Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist to cover Acute Care across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and ICU step-down. You will mentor new grads, see about 12 patients daily with up to 45 minutes each, and participate in a 4/10 schedule with growth through a structured clinical ladder.

Relocation or sign-on bonus accompanies the role, along with PSLF loan forgiveness eligibility and CEU support.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate).
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Excellent communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across multiple floors and departments.
• Mentor/train therapists without Acute Care experience; new grads welcome.
• Contribute to a structured clinical ladder with certification progression.
• Support patient recovery journeys through education and hands-on therapy.
