• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent AOTA-accredited program.
• Washington Occupational Therapist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assessment, intervention, program planning and implementation.
• Manage discharge planning and related documentation and communication.
• Perform direct, monitored or consultative service delivery per patient needs.
• Adhere to AOTA Code of Ethics and professional standards.

Education
