Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our patient-centered team in Idaho. You will provide OT services with a diverse caseload and collaborate with Wood River Acute Care and Swing Bed teams, while supporting a schedule of four 8-hour shifts with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid PT license in state of practice.
• Current BLS Provider Certification (ASHI, AHA, or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered OT care to a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with Wood River Acute Care and Swing Bed teams.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement therapies.
• Maintain daily interaction with patients across acuity levels.
