UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time RN to provide top-of-scope direct patient care in acute Med-Surg units. The role follows daytime shifts with a standard 80 hours per pay period, onsite only.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing, current RN license and BLS/CPR certification, plus at least three years of related clinical experience. Master's degree preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing is required; Master's preferred.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• 3 years of clinical experience.
• BLS/CPR through AHA or Red Cross; card valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Model proficiency through precepting new staff or students.
