Qualifications

• Acute care trained APRN (Advanced Practice).
• Licensed PA with PA-C or NP with appropriate state certification/licensure.
• Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses, treats, and manages acute, critical and chronic illnesses in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Obtain medical histories, perform exams, and determine differential diagnoses; prescribe therapies accordingly.
• Interpret diagnostic data and perform or supervise procedures; consult with physicians as needed.
• Adjust care plans and counsel patients on health, preventive care, and self-management.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant

Master's Degree in Nursing
