Job summary

UF Health in Florida seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to support inpatient, emergency, clinic, and ICU services. The role includes rounds, order writing, and coordination of diagnostics and treatments, under physician supervision.

ACNP/AGACNP certification is preferred, with ICU and emergency medicine experience highly valued. A Florida APRN license is required or eligible, with BLS certification and ongoing credentialing through UF Health Shands Hospital.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Current and clear license as an APRN in Florida (or eligible).
• AGACNP, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or ICU specialization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in inpatient, ED, clinic, and ICU settings.
• Perform rounds and contribute to daily care decisions.
• Write orders and coordinate diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Direct bedside care and coordinate scheduling of tests and therapies.
