Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist team at Banner Del E Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, AZ. This dynamic HC role supports cross-cover calls, manages patient care, orders and labs, assists with admissions and responds to codes.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, with 7pm–7am night coverage and a robust night differential. DEA license and prescriptive authority are required to practice here.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in acute care settings.
• New grads with acute care RN experience welcomed.
• Shift pattern: 3-12s one week, 4-12s on alternate weeks.
• Night coverage from 7pm to 7am.
• DEA license and prescriptive authority required.

Responsibilities

• Involved in cross-cover call, clinical management of patients, placing orders and lab follow-ups, assist with admissions and respond to codes.
