Job summary

Luminis Health in Annapolis, MD seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide supervised medical services for patients with emphasis on acute and same-day care. You will work in collaboration with contracted physicians and follow state and professional guidelines.

Responsibilities include patient education, ongoing licensure and CME maintenance, and coordination with the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment. A Maryland license and board certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed CRNP or PA with board certification.
• Current Maryland licensure and continuing medical education credits.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing or PA program.

Responsibilities

• Provides education and counsel appropriate to patient medical needs.
• Communicates treatment progress with responsible care team.
• Refers patients to licensed physician or other provider as warranted.
• Performs duties per Maryland state law and professional policies.
